1: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship to almost every country in the world except the following ones, due to shipping restrictions. We're sorry and will keep working on this.

    2. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR SHIPPING?
    You can enjoy free shipping on orders over US$75. Otherwise, it costs a flat shipping cost of US$4.97 / item. 
    If you need express shipping, you could choose it at checkout, which costs US$20 (not available at the moment).
    PS. We have free shipping site-wide promotions during sale season. Stay tuned!
     
     
    3 : WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?
    We accept both PayPal and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, etc.)
     
     
    4 : IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
    A : Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We accept PayPal as the only payment method due to the high security it provides during the whole checkout process.
     
     
    5. DO I NEED TO PAY TAX?
    Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact local customs for more information. If, in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.
     

    6: I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS. WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?
    A : We ship our products from different warehouses in USA and other countries, so when you order multiple items at a time they will be probably shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all your items in the same time.
     
     
    7. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? 
    Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
    (not including customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances) 
    Processing Time: 2-5 business days
    Standard Shipping Time: 10-25 business days
    Express Shipping Time: 3-5 business days
    PS. For orders to South America and the Russian Federation, shipping may take more than 1 month due to transport and customs issues.
     
     
    8. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS?
    Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order at https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.
     
     
    9. WHAT IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES LATE?
    If you dont get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at info@homeartlovers.com. Well either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
     
     
    10. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    If you would like to cancel or make change to your order, please contact us within 12 hours after you made the order. No cancellation or changes could be applied to the order once it goes into preparation for delivery.
